Austin McRae

Austin has practiced as a Solicitor since 1990. He has degrees in law and commerce from the University of NSW. Austin became a sole practitioner in 2001 and his practice has evolved to become Kent McRae Lawyers in 2010.

Austin’s clients are businesses (small and large) and local farmers whom he assists with matters relating to property transactions, business structures, succession planning, business disputes and litigation.

Throughout the 1990’s Austin specialized in commercial litigation. His practice is now focused on helping clients to avoid litigation by utilizing simple uncomplicated structures and agreements and resolving disputes without going to court.
